Carol’s Homemade Apple Pie holds a special place in my heart. Growing up my Grandma Carol was known as the “Pie Lady” to the greater Lima area. Grandma Carol was truly one-of-a-kind. She had a heart of a servant, and it overflowed with boundless love for everyone. She was a hard-worker and stood as the epitome of resilience, a quality I deeply respected in her. Regardless of the situation, she remained steadfast in her devotion to an unwavering faith. Grandma Carol went home to be with the Lord in 2021 after battling Alzheimers. In memory of grandma, I hope this candle reminds you of those that you love and cherish in your own lives.
